Signing in
Use the email address enrolled with Austin. You can request an email sign-in link or use a password. If you have not set a password, choose Forgot password to set one through the recovery email.
Use the newest email link. If it has expired or was already used, request a fresh one from the app. If your studio says enrollment is needed, ask Austin to activate the same email address.
Practice recordings and files
Share a short practice excerpt: MP4 video, M4A or MP3 audio, a photo, or a PDF. The Android app prepares a smaller copy of large videos before upload. The prepared file must fit the 50 MB upload limit; your original is preserved. Camera and microphone access are optional; you can select a file instead. If a transfer fails, check your connection and retry.
Lessons and feedback
Check your timezone in Settings. A meeting link appears when Austin adds it to your lesson. New assignments and feedback appear in your app inbox. Device push alerts are disabled in the current release.

Read the app privacy policy for how the studio handles your account, teaching material and device sign-in choices.
To request access to, correction of, or a copy of your studio information, email Austin from your account email. See account and data deletion to remove studio data or request closure of your full account.
