Delete your Kimble Music account.
You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled the app.
Request full account deletion
Email Austin from the email address used for your Kimble Music account, with the subject “Kimble Music: full account deletion request.” State that you want the full account and associated data deleted.
This opens an email draft. Send it to submit your request. If the button does not open your email app, write directly to austin2.0@gmail.com. Do not include your password or a sign-in link.
What happens next
Austin verifies that you own the account and confirms the scope. Verified account and data deletion requests are completed within 30 calendar days, with any records that must be retained explained separately. If you are requesting deletion for a child, identify yourself as their parent or legal guardian; Austin verifies that authority before disclosing or deleting the child’s information. A full account request covers your shared Kimble Music website sign-in, app profile, enrollment, preferences, lesson and practice material, uploaded recordings, and associated feedback.
Tell Austin about any upcoming lessons or unresolved payment questions so they can be handled as part of closing the account. Removing an account does not by itself cancel a booked lesson or request a refund.
Information that may need to remain
Some booking or transaction information may need to be retained for accounting obligations or to resolve a payment dispute. Austin will explain any records that must be kept, the reason, and the applicable retention period when handling your request. A deletion request does not erase files in your own Google Drive; manage those files and sharing permissions in Google Drive.
Remove only your app studio data
In the app, open Settings, then Manage account & data, then Remove studio data only. After password verification and confirmation, this removes your app enrollment, lesson material, recordings and preferences. It keeps your shared website login and booking records. Use the full account request above if you also want the shared account closed.
