How inquiries and recordings are handled.
Contacting Austin
When you submit an inquiry, the details you enter are sent through FormSubmit, our form-delivery service, to Austin’s email inbox. This includes your name, email address, selected service, message, and any optional details you provide.
Austin uses these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss coaching. FormSubmit processes submissions for delivery and retains a submission archive for 30 days. Emails delivered to Austin remain in his inbox for handling your inquiry and any ongoing coaching. Please share only the information needed for that conversation.

Performance recordings
The student studio uses Supabase for sign-in, review details, and private video storage. Each review is arranged with Austin before an upload is made available. Your recording, musical goals, and feedback are accessible to you and your assigned teaching team. Playback uses temporary access links. Do not share those links with anyone else.
Student accounts use an email sign-in link. The site stores your authentication session in your browser so you can return to your studio; sign out on shared devices. Recordings are not used as public examples or sent to AI services through this site. Contact Austin to discuss access needs, retention, or deletion of your recordings before booking.
Currency preferences
Your selected display currency and recently fetched reference rates are saved in your browser’s local storage. This lets the website remember your choice between pages and visits. Clearing this site’s browser data resets the preference to USD.
When you choose a currency other than USD, your browser requests current reference rates from Frankfurter, an exchange-rate service. No inquiry answers or contact details are sent with that request. Currency estimates are for comparison; payment details are agreed directly with Austin.
Website services
The site does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting provider and your email provider may process technical information needed to operate their services. YouTube players load only when you select Play. Playing a video connects your browser to YouTube, which may process technical information under its own privacy practices. External links are also subject to those services’ own policies.
