Contacting Austin

When you submit an inquiry, the details you enter are sent through FormSubmit, our form-delivery service, to Austin’s email inbox. This includes your name, email address, selected service, message, and any optional details you provide.

Austin uses these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss coaching. FormSubmit processes submissions for delivery and retains a submission archive for 30 days. Emails delivered to Austin remain in his inbox for handling your inquiry and any ongoing coaching. Please share only the information needed for that conversation.

Lesson materials and feedback

The student studio uses Supabase for sign-in, review details, and private file storage. Each review is arranged with Austin before an upload is made available. Your recordings, scores, musical goals, and feedback are accessible to you and your assigned teaching team. Playback uses temporary access links. Do not share those links with anyone else.

Student accounts use an email sign-in link. The site stores your authentication session in your browser so you can return to your studio; sign out on shared devices. Your materials are not used as public examples or sent to AI services through this site. Contact Austin to discuss access needs, retention, or deletion of your recordings before booking.

Supabase privacy information

Files shared through Google Drive

You can save a Google Drive file link inside your private review instead of uploading the file here. Only you and your assigned teaching team can read that review through this portal. The recording stays in your Google account, and its sharing permissions are controlled in Google Drive. Share the file with the teacher address shown in your review as a Viewer and keep General access Restricted. The portal does not connect to your Google account, change permissions, or automatically verify access. Your teacher can confirm access or request a correction.

Opening a shared file takes you to Google Drive. Keep the original file available until your review is finished. Removing a portal link does not delete the file or revoke access in Google Drive; manage those settings there.

Bookings and card payments

Supabase stores your booking name, sign-in email, musical goals, timezone, preferred times, agreed fee, policy acceptance, payment status, and Stripe payment references. You and your assigned teaching team can access your booking; Austin administers the studio. These pages are excluded from website analytics.

Card checkout takes place on Stripe’s secure payment page. Stripe receives your email, the service and amount, and a booking reference, and collects the payment and billing information you enter there. Your musical goals, recordings, and preferred lesson times are not sent to Stripe. This website does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Stripe may process device information, cookies, and transaction data to operate payments and prevent fraud. Stripe privacy information.

Payments are one-time charges. Paying for a live lesson requests a booking; Austin confirms the time personally. If no suitable time can be agreed, a full refund is offered. After confirmation, please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Recording reviews follow the scope and delivery timing agreed with Austin. Contact Austin about a refund or a payment made another way before trying to pay again.

Booking and transaction records are retained to provide lessons, handle payment questions, and meet applicable accounting obligations. Contact Austin about access or deletion; some transaction records may need to be retained.

Currency preferences

Your selected display currency and recently fetched reference rates are saved in your browser’s local storage. This lets the website remember your choice between pages and visits. Clearing this site’s browser data resets the preference to USD.

When you choose a currency other than USD, your browser requests current reference rates from Frankfurter, an exchange-rate service. No inquiry answers or contact details are sent with that request. Currency estimates are for comparison. Card checkout uses the stated USD fee; your card provider may charge conversion or international transaction fees. Other payment arrangements are agreed directly with Austin.

Optional website measurement

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages and counts successfully submitted inquiries. It may process technical information such as browser and device details, approximate location, visit times, and a cookie identifier. No Analytics script loads before you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not affect lessons, inquiries, or the student studio.

Student, teacher, booking, and payment-status pages are excluded. We do not send names, email addresses, inquiry answers, recordings, sign-in links, or Google Drive file links to Analytics. Page addresses are limited to public paths without query strings or fragments; automated form tracking, Google signals, and advertising personalization are turned off.

Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to six months. Use Cookie choices in the footer of any public page to change it. Turning analytics off removes this site’s Analytics cookies and reloads the page; it does not erase data already collected by Google. Google privacy information.

Studio videos

The welcome, lesson introductions, and filmed teaching example are served by this website. Video files load when you press Play. The filmed lesson’s language choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed with its language buttons. Spanish and Japanese versions use AI translation and Austin’s voice. The introductory videos use Austin’s AI avatar; student lessons and personalized feedback are provided by Austin.

Website services

The site does not include advertising trackers. The hosting provider and your email provider may process technical information needed to operate their services. YouTube players load only when you select Play. Playing a video connects your browser to YouTube, which may process technical information under its own privacy practices. External links are also subject to those services’ own policies.
