Choose a live lesson for teaching together in real time, either in South Austin or online. Personal video coaching lets the recipient send their playing or singing and receive Austin’s demonstration and notes video to replay during practice.
Do they need to play advanced jazz?
No. The invitation is to explore their own music: a favorite song, a fresh idea, or getting back to making music. Message Austin if you would like help choosing.
Do we need an app account to buy?
No. Choose a package, enter the recipient’s email and pay when checkout is open. The recipient signs in or creates their own account later to redeem their gift code. New and existing students can participate; each student account may redeem one code from this promotion.
How long do they have to use it?
The recipient must request lessons or submit coaching recordings within one calendar year of purchase. Requests made in time remain valid if Austin delivers them afterward.
How are lesson times arranged?
Austin personally arranges lesson times. Buyers who need a specific date should contact him before purchasing. A gift does not reserve a time. Once a lesson is confirmed, give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Can purchases be refunded or sent to someone else?
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact Austin for recipient corrections or reassignment; each student account can redeem only one code from this promotion.
