Accessibility help

If a page, video, document or booking step is difficult to use, please send the page address and describe the barrier. You can request the information in another format or discuss booking by email. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. Austin will work with you on a practical way to access the information or service.

The teaching summaries are available as readable web pages, including selected translations. If a PDF is difficult to read with assistive technology, ask for an accessible text version. The site has not been certified as conforming to a particular accessibility standard; improvements and testing are ongoing.

Service questions and complaints

For a booking, payment, delivery or refund concern, include your name and the relevant booking or order reference, if you have one. Please do not email card numbers. The terms shown for your service apply; this contact page does not replace them or limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Professional outreach and your information

Austin may contact music organizations, educators, editors and event hosts about relevant teaching resources, editorial ideas or proposed workshops. Contact details may come from an organization’s public website, professional directory, prior correspondence or details you provide directly. Records can include a professional name, role, organization, business email address, the source of those details and correspondence.

These details are used to assess a relevant professional opportunity, manage correspondence and record contact preferences. A public listing is not treated as permission for every type of marketing. The applicable rules and the basis for contacting a recipient must be considered before outreach.

Stop outreach or ask about your data

To stop promotional outreach, reply to an email in any clear wording, or email austin2.0@gmail.com. There is no fee, login or special wording required. Tell Austin if your request covers an entire organization. Austin will stop further promotional contact and keep only the minimum record needed to respect that preference, subject to records needed for an existing service or applicable legal obligations.

You can also ask about the source of your contact details or request access, correction or deletion. Requests are reviewed under the rules that apply to the situation. Professional correspondence is managed using Gmail, a private Google Sheets tracker and AI-assisted tools for drafting, translation and organization. These providers may process professional contact information and correspondence in other countries. See the site privacy policy for the website, inquiry, student and payment features. If applicable, you may also raise a privacy concern with your local data-protection authority.
